    Snatch - 250#
    85% x 2 x 3 @ 215 was rough.

    Clean & Jerk - 300#
    85% x 2 x 3 @ 255# kicked me in the teeth. Hope I did it right.

    Back Squats - 375#
    225/265/300/320/340---> I'm really happy how this is starting to feel. My front squat is 350# My back squat is 375#.

    RDL (Based on clean)
    300#

    Been meaning to post my results. Been following since last cycle. I jumped in on 9/29 and haven't missed a day. This is a great!
