Clean from Blocks Below the Knee

1 Set of 3 Reps @ 60%
1 Set of 3 Reps @ 70%
4 Sets of 3 Reps @ 80%

Front Squat

1 Set of 4 Reps @ 60%
1 Set of 4 Reps @ 70%
4 Sets of 4 Reps @ 80%

Clean Pull to Hip + Clean Pull

4 Sets of 3 Reps @ 90%

  1. Does Clean Pull to Hip + Clean Pull for 3 reps mean 1 clean pull to hip + 1 clean pull done 3 times for one set or 3 clean pulls to hip followed by 3 clean pulls for one set?
